Post Incident Analysis

We investigate misconduct such as theft, fraud, time abuse, alcohol / illegal substance abuse, and sexual harassment to determine the true nature and scope of the problem, should one be present.  We tie all the various facts and documents together and show what it all represents.

Validation Support

The focus of the validation is to be able to respond with written procedures which have been implemented, for every question asked during the validation visit. In addition to physically visiting your facility prior to the validation visit, we will also be present on the day of the validation as well as before in order to have the Company prepared.

Internal & External Audits

Prior to preparing the internal and external security audits, the SGT team works with you in reviewing the supply chain flow chart which is incorporated within the internal audit. The supply chain flow chart enables member to identify their exposure to risk. You begin with the shipper and end with the importer and/or consignee regardless of whether the C-TPAT member is responsible for contracting the supply chain provider. 

Certification Reinstatement

If your Company has found itself suspended or removed from the program, we are here to help. Our team has extensive experience with evaluation of current practices, suspension reasoning and reinstatement methods. The U.S. Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C‐TPAT) seeks to safeguard the world’s vibrant trade industry from terrorists, while still maintaining a healthy International Trade environment. The partnership is designed to develop and adopt measures that add security to a companies supply chain but do not have a negative effect on trade. By increasing the United States’ zone of security out to the point of origin, the customs‐trade partnership allows for better risk assessment and targeting.
